There are a number of other documents you will need to complete your divorce in an Illinois Court, regardless whether you are doing so in Cook County, DuPage County, Lake County, Will County or anywhere else within the State. You will need to present your Agreement to the Judge for the Court’s approval at a Prove-Up. We can provide you with drafts of these documents. The price for each document below includes instructions on how to proceed.
- Judgment for Dissolution of Marriage:
We can prepare your Judgment for Dissolution of Marriage, which is the actual divorce decree incorporating your Agreement or Agreements. Our fees are $100.

- Two-Year Waiver:
We can prepare a Two-Year Waiver, which tells the Court that you have each been living not as husband and wife for at least six months and that you are each waiving the two-year period of separation. Our fees are $45.

- Order for Support:
We can prepare an Order for Support/Notice for Withholding, which directs the employer of the spouse that will be paying child support, maintenance (alimony) or both, to withhold a specific amount of his/her pay and send it to the Illinois State Disbursement Unit to disburse to the other spouse. Our fees are $95.

We can prepare an Order for Default by Stipulation tells the Court system that your case is proceeding as if one of the parties did not appear in court to contest the charges against him/her, except that this is done by stipulation (agreement). Our fees are $25.
